Thanks, but they don't have these bronze brushes. Seems that they are speciality brushes used on planes and boats to clean parts. Still looking....

I tried to find a solid brass 6 inch wheel for cleaning bolts. They are hard to find.
Take a magnet with you. Most, if not all, brass looking brushes are really steel with a thin plating on the bristles.

Here's one that might work for you: http://www.amazon.com/Brass-Bristle-...008998&sr=1-49 . They also showed a brush that looked like yours but the bristles were brass plated steel.
