Does anyone know where I could get a chart or table that lists all the various engines and their respective specifications for Corvettes from 1953 to present?

I don't know about a single source in a single chart, but a quick internet search yielded the following which has each year separately:

Duke I have the NCRS publication you mention. Ideally I would want a chart that has all the engines on one sheet or a sheet for each of the "C" series engines.

Dobbins' Fact Book of the 1968-1972 Stringray has a chart of engine specifications and a chart of engine/transmission/differential availabiltiy near the beginning of each model year section.

Edit: On rereading your original post, you are interested in having ALL the Corvette engine specs on one sheet. The closest thing I've seen to that is the poster (Corvette Technical Data 53-??) with year by year pictures of the body styles and car specs (some engine specs) from 53 to current year. Engine specs are limited to displacement, bore X stroke, compression ratio, rated horsepower. The poster is available at various Corvette vendors...I purchased my first (53-88) from Walmart.

I am not aware of a source where you would find all the information you seek. The latest edition of The Corvette Black Book will have some of the particulars, but you will almost certainly have to rely upon other Corvette references to find everything you want.

You could use MicroSoft Excel and begin to compile your own information.

I figured everyone had seen one of these. If he wants more engine specs than the basic info stated above (e.g. tune-up specs, clearances, etc.), he'll have to build his own:
