    62 Project car.

    Scroll down to updates added 3-31-11 and there are some pictures of a 62 which I took pictures of a few years ago. It has since been removed from the junk yard.
    A friend of mine bought the gauge housing out of it in 1965.

    I suppose someone thought there was something there worth saving. It could still provide some good body repair panels and a few small parts. The steering column and thus the VIN plate are gone.

      Well, I usually don't say this, but I think that one's beyond restoration. Not that it could'nt be done, just not worth the cost.

      I'm not surprised that it's gone. In 1980, I saw half of a C2 (the front clip and frame were gone) behind a shed in a small town that I worked in. When I went back to find it 12 years later, it was long gone. Too many valuable parts.
