A/C Component Positioning

I need you advice as to how to properly position the grommets that support and center the gas discharge line as it enters the condenser through the radiator support and the liquid line as it exits the frame of the radiator support. The grommets each have a metal tangs that are meant to retain the grommets in the frame. There grommets may not be correct, but in the event they are, should the tangs be positioned on the engine compartment as they are currently in the attached photo?

The second question relates to the position of a capillary tube that extends from the J-shaped thermal bulb. Should this 3 inch long capillary tube be wrapped around the suction line?

The Assembly Manual shows those two grommets installed on the forward side of the radiator support.

Thank you John for your response. Do you or others know if the original grommets included the three metal tangs to hold the grommets in place?
