Headlight Failure

My front headlights are completly out on high and low. Also,front parking lights go out when lights switched from parking to headlights. I replaced light switch with no change. Any suggestions on next step. Everything worked fine recently in preparation of putting car back on road after prolonged garage time. I had been working on hazzard switch and disconnected turn signal connections under dash but have reconnected with no changes.

Check the dimmer switch. The parking lights are working as they should.

Walter, I think Wayne has you pointed in the right direction,if you take a test light to the dimmer switch the blue wire is powered up with the head lamps on and the tan and lt. green wire is high and low beams depending on the position of the switch. If power doen't seem to be a problem maybe the ground to headlamps. good luck
