Dale, Have you tried sitting in the seat and working it back and forth, sometimes the gease gets like a paste and make the sit tracks stick?

The outboard aft may be a bolt and nut you could remove from the underside of the body.

          Hi Dale,

Just one more suggestion if the earlier ones don't work. Get your dremmel and cut the bolt from under the car as a last resort. I had to do one that way on my rusty bolts. Good Luck

Thanks to all. Terry, I was about to do that but got lucky. I went looking under the seat some more and compared it to the other seat. I noticed the very back of the frame was sagging down and getting in the way of the slider as it moved. Took a crowbar and lifted it up as I moved the seat foreword and it cleared the mounting bolts. Once out I noticed a spot weld on the frame had broken and was bent down and in the way of the slider.
