1965 Coupe Paint Code JJ ???

I cannnot find any information on this paint code JJ. I am not interested in this corvette. I only would like to know if this is legit. Please check it out and post response or email me. According the JG SPEC SPECIAL or PRIMER are the oddballs. JJ is nowhere in my books.

J is cypress green for passenger cars. but that car is not green. my vote is a really bad repro tag.

Dick, I can not find a paint code with JJ. But 900 paint code is Tuxedo Black for 1963, 1964, and 1966-1969. My car has a paint code 982 AA. 982 being Mossport Green in 1966 and I am not sure what the AA stands for. Maybe St. Louis built bodies used letters after the paint code.

Shown in the photo is the paint chart for 1965 models from my Chevrolet Parts Illustration and Special Information Catalog (effective Oct. 1965).
"J" is listed as Cypress Green for 1965 Passenger cars.
Maybe the person misread the "UU" (Rally Red) as a "JJ"

The trim tag looks like it was made yesterday. Is it looks much to new. I will look at the trim tag in my 1966.

I compared that Trim Tag picture side by side to a picture of mine. That one has several discrepancies compared to my original. My guess is it's a fake one and poorly done at that. Here's my 65

If one was trying to fake a car in the paint area, why not fake a spec, special, or prime paint color as stated in the 65 JG. JJ is nowhere to be found in my books. If fake, why use JJ?
