    Mike. Great seeing you as well. I'm glad you enjoyed the seminar. I really enjoyed it and am glad that Terry asked me to run the C2 seminar. I hope we can cross paths again soon.

        You're thinking of Chuck Berge. He's the one with horns and the pitch fork. You can always tell when he's around because of the sulfur smell.

            My pleasure Tony, and thanks for your help -- especially after I demonstrated (several times) my midyear ignorance. Also thanks to Gary, Fritz and John Niese.

            We also thank Cliff for loaning us the lift for the weekend. Without his generosity the Seminars would not have been so successful.
