    69 coil

    I noticed when I took the ignition shield off from around the distributor, that attached to the bracket holding the coil in place was another small round bracket holding something that looks like a points condensor. However this little barrel shaped thingy has no wire coming out of the center, looks like it has broken off. My question is this, what is it. I've been looking through the assembly manual for what this is without success.

      Part of the radio package, Condensor (capacitor) yours is missing the wire and terminal to connect it to the coil + side.
