62 Wiper Motor ground wire help??

In the AIM I see there is a ground wire that attaches to the passengers side mounting bracket bolt of the wiper motor.

Can someone please tell me where the other end of the wire connects to the vehicle ground?

Upper rear screw on the passenger side valve cover.

That is the same location where the ground from inside the vehicle radio goes, correct? (so there are 2 wires terminated at that valve cover bolt, correct?)
