C5 Fuel Sender part #?

Does anyone know the part #'s for the Left & Right fuel level senders for a 1998 C5?

I can only find a part number for a left side sensor. That part number is GM #10333749.

I can find a MODULE KIT for both the left and right sides, though. The MODULE KIT contains both fuel pump and sensor as an assembly. This MIGHT mean that for the right side only the kit is available while for the left side the sensor can be purchased separately. That's just an inference on my part, though. Anyway, here are the part numbers for the MODULE KITS:

left side------GM #89047745 aka Delco #MU1215

right side-----GM #89047746 aka Delco #MU1216


The above kits are quite expensive; about 500 bucks each.

I am not sure what is up with fuel pumps and fuel level sending units. Some cars they are separate units and others they are replaceable only as a unit or module. The cost of the latter is right up there regardless of what car you have. BTW: I don't think you want to look at C6 fuel modules unless you are sitting down -- and then there is the cost of changing them.

The C6 fuel pump/sensor modules are actually about 100 bucks each less expensive than the C5.

I was told they are over a grand each. I guess you can't believe everything you hear.

I first thought they were about $100 less but I now see that they're about the same price as the C5 modules.

left side----GM #19149687

right side --GM #19149684

Both of the above GM list for about 540 bucks. However, they do not include the level sensor. Those are as follows:

right side-----GM #19149686

Both of the above are about 90 bucks, each.
