69 JG question

On page 67 of the 68/69 JG towards the bottom of the page the paragraph about the wiper limit switch it says that the bracket that bolts to the firewall is semigloss black. It then talks about the limit switch bar for 68 is SG black and for 69 it is natural steel. Which part is the" bar" the L shaped bracket with the adjuster screw or the bar that attaches to the linkage and passes through the firewall? Thanks for any help.

Hi Patrick
The bar that goes through the fire wall is semi gloss black. I have originals from 68 69 70 and 71 is painted semi gloss black. Krylon Semi Gloss #1613 The old industrial spray bomb, Not the new retail one.
