400 Level

After reaching 400 judging points is a hat presented to the member as a part of the award? If so, exactly what does the hat look like (red/black with or w/o "400" numbers)?

It is not spelled out in the JRM on pg. 77 (as is the Masters Red Hat for 100 judging points with Duntov, Bowtie, etc).

AFTERAFTER 400 sounds worse than it is. One might think that once one reaches 400 level there is no longer a reward needed to encourage participation, and for most of us that is true.
