    mid year rear spring parts

Does any one have a original rear leaf spring that is good only for parts? I need the top leaf for a 66 BB. Thanks

          Russ -

Just to clarify, all 66's with standard suspension used the 9-leaf 2-stage spring with all three top leaves flat; the F41 spring had seven leaves, all of which were cambered. Do you need the flat one?

One more thing Russ, same 9 leaf spring was used for small and big block engines.

                Russ -

You might try Paragon Vintage - they have piles of old used rear springs out back.

Russ, I have an old spring that had a cracked leaf. The top leaf is not cracked but one end is a bit corroded. You're welcome to it if you want it. Let me know.

                  Tom
