Is there anyone out there that makes a correct [color bands inside the glass] kit with all the fuses for a 70 vette?

Thad, you can also find them in salvage yards in smaller towns. Red ones seem to be the hardest to find. Get a fuse puller to make sure you don't break the glass. While you're there get T-3s, Wittek clamps, radiator caps, A/C brass caps with W (Weatherhead) on them, etc. Take water, rags, knee pads, Sting-Eze, and a firearm that shoots rat shot. No telling what will be staring back at you from under the seats and car bodies.
