I just Googled "1978 Corvette billboard" and found posts saying there were ads in C&D and MT. Price was $11.50 each back in '77-'78. I need to check my old mags and CN.

I got excited and did the same, only the billboards I'm finding are for O guage trains. Or popular music in the 1970's. Oops. But Mid America has a nice 2000 3-part 10'X4' large poster.

I spoke to the guy who gave this to me to tell him what I had learned and got some more info as a result of further digging.

I seems that I do indeed have a proof of the Billboard poster.Either for the billboards or more than likely, for the posters they were selling . it was given to his friend by another friend who worked for the company that did the graphics for the billboards. I guess that was KN. It was never packaged as most of the sheets are still 39 inches long.

I guess I will just hang on to it for a while.
