60 grab bar ends, repo or rechrome? Help

I just recieved from a major vendor, repo grab bar ends, they state they are S/S. In looking at them they look stainless from a distance and do not look like chrome as the origionals were.
Is there a vendor that sells chrome repo's or should I get my origionals rechromed?

Contact the other major vendor and ask them if the parts are chrome or S/S. Although small, the parts will probably be costly to replate, but they will look good and they came from your car. Good luck.

I had my original ones rechromed this past winter. I think it was about $50 and well worth it.

Did you find correct ends for your grab bar? I see that Paragon list theirs as SS, but Corvette Central list theirs as Chrome. I'm in the same boat, I either need to get reproductions or rechrome the originals.

I bought from corvette central, they appear as origionals, returned the stainless pair to paragon.
