Can you help me with the year?

Manifold : 3890490

The head numbers could be 3731548, then they would be from a 57-62 283. The manifold is from 66-67 Chevy II and Corvette 350hp aluminum hi rise. Hope this helps

That intake was used on the L-79 (327/350hp) in '66 and '67.

The heads are probably 3731539 (3's, 8's, and 9's look similar on old castings); they were used on '57 Corvette 283/283hp fuelies and on 2x4 and fuelie '57 passenger cars.
