Are there any physcal differences between 657 blocks used in Corvettes and non-Corvette applications?

Except for the engine suffix code, NONE.

However, some small block passenger cars and trucks used Tonawanda-cast blocks whereas only a handful of Corvettes ever used a Tonawanda-cast small blocks. There are minor differences between a Saginaw-cast and Tonawanda-cast small block.
