    3 speed transmission.

    Would it have been possible for a 3 speed transmission with an assembly date of 3.26.59 to have been installed in a car with a build date of 3.26.59, or would there have been some time delay between assembly and install?

      it'd be very unusual. my c-1's with thrre speeds have a 1-3 mo interval between tranny build and car build.mike
