Why is this tunnel bracket made with the cut out shown on the wrong side for the battery cable. When I redid mine I had to triple check that I had the cable on the proper side.
It almost looks like at some point the cable ran on the other side and a change was made without modifying the bracket.
Now the cable runs on the sharp bracket edges,,, seems odd.
I suspect that the tooling for this bracket is very expensive and couldn't be modified easily. This would also explain why no one reproduces this bracket.
