Couple of questions - 65 horn and parking light

Couple of little problems keeping from getting my inspection sticker-

Parking light socket - I need to remove the assembly and clean it - I can't get the bulb to stay in even with staggered pins properly aligned. How do I remove it?

Horn - it is not working have the telescoping column. Sometimes can hear relay click but usually nothing. Any ideas on where to start.

Two nuts on studs behind the parking lamp are used to hold the assembly to the fiberglass fender. The nuts tighten against a oval shaped metal bracket with two holes for the nuts, and one bigger hole for the parking lamp wire to pass through. Road grime, road tar and possibly some wheel well undercoating may be hiding these two small "keep nuts".

Jim, Take a test light and unplug the horn wire, and have someone push the horn button while you test for power, If the relay is clicking and no power to horn you may have a bad relay. the contacts in relay maybe the problem. Make sure that you have a good ground with test light, Sometimes finding a clean ground on a corvette can be a pain.

As for the park/turn siginal bulb the socket can sometimes over the years loose there spring tension that holds the bulb against the contacts, lectric limited does sell new sockets for the front park lamps. there listed in the driveline.

It turned out the horn was the relay, which surprised me since it was clicking. On the light I did order and replace the socket and pig tail ordering it from lectric limited. You have to order a pair which was good because one of the new ones was bad, the one that I put on first of course. Thanks for all your help.
