1966 Tech Service Bulletin on parking brake lever change

Hi,
Does anyone have a copy of the actual tech bulletin on the change in parking brake lever and frame mount modification for late 66 car? I cannot locate the one I had. I have the copy from Micro Controls but would prefer an actual copy, its TSB #66-59. I think it was also posted a while back, but I cannot find that either.

Or can someone point me to where to get it?

Bill -- here it is (there may be more than these 2 pages, but I'd have to dig out my original copy).

Seems the change point on the production line was with '66 VIN 18091.
