      Hi Ralph,
      Someone on CF has a car with a custom nose similar to that as their avatar.
      To me it looks to be an exaggeration of the the 80-82 styling with 'Motion'/240Z style headlights added.

          The same car is on CF. Resembles an old Eckler's Daytona type nose. The Z-car headlight kit was available back in the day.
