2012 National Convention

I was pleased to receive an e-mail from Roy Sinor, today, informing me that my '65 Sting Ray has been accepted for Flight judging. As a three-year NCRS member that has never attended a previous NCRS National convention, I found the registration process aftermath a bit nerve-racking. I registered online Feb. 1st and paid my $850. It is now over 60 days later that I know that the reason I registered, the Flight judging of my car, is going to happen.

Am I the only one to fret over this type of delay? Anyway, I am glad to finally be notified and look forward to seeing everyone there!

Clark, you had nothing to worry about. The commitments probably can't be sent out until after the deadline for registration has passed.

Congrats on going to your first National! I went to my first last year in Novi, MI with my dad. Unforgettable experience. Wouldn't trade it for anything. Have fun, take pictures, and enjoy yourself!!!

Hi Clark,
When you see the judging floor with all those cars in place for the first time I think it'll take your breath away for a moment; I know that happens to me!
Members who haven't been able to attend a National Convention have missed a real Corvette pleasure.

Hi Clark,

Congrats on your registration! It can be nerve racking waiting for that email, we were wait listed last year in Novi and got in just before the OPS judging started. As others have stated, its a pretty amazing sight when you see all of that fiberglass under one roof. You are going to be talking to some very knowledgeable people at that event so enjoy the judging process and most of all enjoy the week! Have Fun!!
