Gentlemen,
Hope you are all well!
I have owned my 1959 Vette with 270 Hp Dual Quad option for seventeen years. The car is very original with all correct numbers for all mechanical components including all glass. It has 75,000 miles that I can only assume is correct...based on general car wear, glass, previous owners, being stored winters, etc. Having said this, the car has been red with white coves for at least thirty years. I now want to paint the vehicle and re-do the interior. The original color combination for my car was Crown Sapphire with white coves and a tourquise interior.
Question: Not having seen a 59 with this color combination, can someone send pictures of their vette that has this configuration? Is there additional value in this unique combination?
I know that the codes never indicated colors for the first generation. I like red...but I also love every other color combination for 59, Snowcrest White, Classic Cream, Frost Blue, etc!
Thanks for the guidance!
