    2003 Alignment specs for normanl driving

    Looking for some of you C5 guys that may have the alignment spec.s for normal driving. I remember seeing a post a while back talking about this topic.

    sorry about the spelling of normal on post

    FE1/FE3, Front Individual Castor + 7.4 +/- 0.5
    FE1/FE3, Front Cross Castor Within +/- 0.5
    FE1/FE3, Front Individual Camber -.20 +/- 0.5
    FE1/FE3, Front Cross Camber Within +/- 0.5
    FE4/Z06, Front Individual Castor + 6.9 +/- 0.5
    FE4/Z06, Front Cross Castor Within +/- 0.5
    FE4/Z06, Front Individual Camber -.70 +/- 0.5

    2003 Fastener Tightening Specs:
    Adjustment Link Cam Nut, 55 lbs
    Strut to Body Attaching Nut, 35 lbs
    Strut to Knuckle Nut, 136 lbs
    Tie Rod (front) Lock Nut, 47 lbs

      If you do a lot of straight line driving and don't corner at the limit, set all the wheels at zero camber and get the all the cross readings - camber, castor, and toe as close to zero as possible.

      If you want maximum cornering grip, at some sacrifice to tire life, set all the wheels at the maximum negative camber within the tolerance range and all the cross readings as above.

      I am assuming that all the data, including toe, is in degrees.
