I can find no record of the 5505280. This would be a strange part number if it existed, at all, within the GM or Delco parts systems.
The GM #4950788 was once available in SERVICE and was discontinued in December, 1974. Several supercessions then occurred with the last part number being GM #22050648. These clutches had applications across most of the GM car and truck lines, including Chevrolet. However, I cannot find the applications. Corvette and other 65-75 Chevrolet cars were not among them, though.
The GM #22007985 had applications for Pontiac and Buick but I don't know what the specific applications were. It was discontinued in April, 1988 and replaced by GM #22050655.In Appreciation of John HinckleyComment

The 4950788 fan clutch dated "162 71" (the 162nd day of 1971) is probably from a 1971 Oldsmobile or 1971 Olds F85. My 1975 Hollander lists Hollander #239 (GM # 4850788) for 71-72 Olds and 71-72 F85 8-455 H.D. exc. O.A.I., no other applications.
The 22007985 fan clutch is dated the 308th day 1976 and probably does not have a Chevrolet application. The only number that is similar in my 1977 Chev. Parts Catalog (Mar. 1977) is 22007639 and is for a 1977 full size Chev. w/6 cyl.
