Wow, what a find. I'm looking at the door gaps, bumper alignment, hood / headlight buckets, etc., man, that car looks like is was never beat on. And a 365 HP solid lifter to boot! Good luck, what a thrill you will have going over this car piece by piece. Terrific.

Thanks. I've always wanted a mid-year. I'm so excited. The car lines up very well. It has a little fiberglass damage on the front end. Nothing major. Also the car may possibly be a 375 hp fuely car. It has the hole in the radiator support for the fuely air cleaner.

Nice find!...I'm pretty sure the only core support GM was providing as a replacement part during the 1970's was a one with the hole...Perhaps someone else better verse than I could verify that, it might just be an urban legend. Be sure to check the frame rails...Cridders found them to be a nice cozy place to build a nest. I found about 5 gallons of debris in mine that could only have been taken in by mice....I had to replace the rear section of one of the rails on my frame.

BTW There was a Steve Byrd that lived in South Bend Indiana during the late 1970's he had an LT1 Roadster...That isn't you by chance?

You also have the air cleaner holes (3) on the inner fenders, another FI tell tale.
What does the block say?

I wouldn't place much stock in the rad support. All of the GM service replacements had the hole and may have been replaced at the same time as the grill. More telling is that the badging would indicate non FI. It is highly unlikely that someone would take a fuely and change the badging to clone a non-fuely. From what I can see in the pics it appears to be an L76. Fuely or not, it is an excellent find!
