So its actually a clip on tag or was it soldered/welded? What are the rough dimensions? Passenger side of the radiator?

Clip on passenger side of the radiator. Easy to lose if radiator has ever been out -- especially if "professional shop" did the work.

I assume the 70 Corvette radiator tag is the same type that was used on the 70 Camaros as shown in the link below.
