C3 sill plates

Does anyone know of any variations in the C3 sill plates, also what shade of black powder coat is used?

Hi Ron. Looks like this is your first post on the NCRS TDB. Welcome!!!

Not sure exactly what it is that you are asking in your post. By "sill plates", I assume you mean the trim bridge at the bottom of the door jamb? If not, please help with more detail. If yes, perhaps more detail and/or a photo of what it is you are looking for. To me, C3 sill plates and powder coat are not a match. Maybe later C3's? What year car are you thinking about here?

I know of no variation in the sill plates. They wouldn't have been powder coated but painted semi gloss black.

Hi Ron,
In looking at my original sill trim plates it appears that the black paint was applied using a 'mask' of some sort since the border of the painted area is not extremely distinct.
Also, the paint appears to be a very thin coat of material.
