'64 Dash Cluster Paint Question

I am repainting my '64 Cluster and I have a question on what is left chrome and what is black. I am referring to the outside edge round the top of the cluster. I know the back with the texture is black, but where the outside edge comes up at a 90 degree, is that surface back or left chrome. I know the outer edge is left chrome?

I also assume the glove box will be painted the same as the cluster in regards to the outer edge?

I am sorry if I messed something in the archives, but I did some searching.

This may help. Note the dull silver on the cones with only top chrome. The dash screws have a slight brown tone to them (some shown are repo)

I got an answer to my question, this area is painted black like the backgroung. Only the top edge is left chrome. I called someone with an unrestored '64. Thanks all
