My existing 2 speed wiper motor runs very slow and will barely operate my windsheild pump. I have located an nos motor but unsure if it is correct for my early January 5th, 1965 built car. The part number is 4905125. Can someone confirm this is correcgt for my vette and if not recommend someone that can rebuild/restore my original motor? I live in Florida... Thanks!!!

According to the Assembly Manuals, the wiper motor for 1965-1967 Corvette is GM 5044602 (see UPC 1Asm-E2 in your 65AIM). If your '65 is an early production example, I suppose it might be possible that it used the GM 5044518 wiper motor called out in the 1963-1964 Corvette Assembly Manuals, but this would need to be verified. (edit: forgot you mentioned January 1965 build date, that should exclude the possibility of the 1963-64 wiper motor part number)
I don't know what GM 4905125 is, I didn't find that part number in any of my books or mentioned anywhere in the TDB archives.
If the wiper motor you have is original to your car, I would definitely want to have the original wiper motor rebuilt. Someone here should know who does wiper motor restorations, and there may be advertisements for this service in the NCRS Driveline magazine.- Top

I think the 490xxxx part numbers are Delco Products part numbers. The part number for the wiper motor in the P&A's is the same from 1963 through 1967, GM 4909107, even though the Assembly Manuals call out the two different part numbers (63-64 and 65-67) mentioned previously.- Top
