69 L-68 Intake bolts question

I just received a nice set of correct intake manifold bolts from Richard Fortier for my 69 L-68. AIM shows a washer for the bolt where the factory lift bracket was, so was that the only bolt that would have a washer?

That's the way it was intended but, not the way they all were configured.

This is my 69 L89 intake which has the washers under where the lifting eye was.

O/k, now it makes sense. I have 16 bolts from Richard Fortier marked A with 3 lines, but also have 2 TR bolts with washers. I assume I will use 14 of the 16 A bolts and use the 2 TR / washer bolts where the lift bracket would have been. Thanks.
