    1967 tri power intake

    I am detailing a 435 hp engine for judging the head marks on the bolts that fasten it to the engine are marked M what is the correct mark ? Also should the intake have engine paint over spray on it chevy orange paint that is ?

    I will have to check the JM but from memory the intake manifold bolts for a 435 intake are supposed to be AP or FP headmark bolts. The M headmarks are for 390 cars I think. The intake should have some overspray on it (orange). Original intakes have varying amounts of overspray on them...Good luck....

      Intake would have some overspray on it because it was on the engine when it was painted.
      65 350 TI CONV 67 J56 435 CONV,67,390/AIR CONV,70 454/air CONV,
