'69: Help With PW Breaker Hole Drilling in Firewall

I've added power windows to my '69 and I need to mount the breaker on the firewall. Will someone please help me decipher View A of the A31 UPC for power windows. I refer back to UPC 0 sheets A10 and A11 but still don't get it. For example, UPC 0 A10 shows the #25 line as a vertical but it's horizontal on UPC A31. I'm sure I'm just not interpreting them correctly.

As an alternative, if anyone has an early '69 with pw and can tell me where the holes are drilled that would be great too.

    Thanks,
    Jack

    Jack,
I just added the breaker to my 68, if the 69 is the same I had two dimples where the holes needed to be drilled. The location is hard to see if you dont know where there at. They are located under the drivers side fender behind the vacuum tank up high.

Thanks Howard but the '69 breaker is mounted on the firewall to left of the wipe motor. It's right there in the AIM but I can't figure out the key to the drawing

Jack, did you come up with the location of the mounting for the breaker? I have a 69 that I'm parting out and it has the two dimples for the relay. The dimples are located to the right of the wiper motor (looking at the fire wall) about 1 1/2 inches down from top of the step in the fire wall.
