Mike,
Check with Jerry Rudbeck jerry@electrodesign.us if he doesn't rebuild speakers, he'll know where to send you.

Re: radio speaker restoration
Here the person (Mr. Thompson) Jerry directed me to when he did my '67 radio restoration, as the best for the factory type speakers, they sold them at Corvette America at that time:

Re: radio speaker restoration
I've used SM Electro-Tech (http://www.turnswitch.com/speakers.htm) with good satisfaction and even better results. One point however, why throw money to old technology rebuilding your original old school speaker (no disrepect). I upgraded to a newer and advanced speaker technology that once installed no one knows what speaker is under the grille. It's matched to the output and requirements of the original radio performing at a higher level than original specs. Here the person (Mr. Thompson) Jerry directed me to when he did my '67 radio restoration, as the best for the factory type speakers, they sold them at Corvette America at that time:http://www.turnswitch.com/speakers.htm

Re: radio speaker restoration
Mike, I used Circuit Shop Loudspeakers in Caledonia, MI. 800-593-0869. They charged me $20 for the kit and $25 labor/testing and $9 shipping. It's not in the car yet, it look great.
I also have one from SM, I plan to use that in my AC car, it should fit.
Good Luck
