Re: Looking for a project
Thanks, Carl. I was talking about the rest of them. However, if there is no provinance with that 65, or if the engine is NOM, then it is more of a risk than it looks, as far as making a decent profit on a restoration. These are pre 2007 prices, and they don't reflect the recent price drops in the C2 market.- Top

Re: Looking for a project
These cars are mostly salvage title stolen vehicles, flood damaged or fire damaged and bought from the insurance companies for resale.
One would be fine to make into a driver or race car but cost for a NCRS type restoration would be prohibitive and there would be no good documentation in most cases.
They have been sold for years by various companies.- Top

Re: Looking for a project
Hi,
Does anyone know of somebody that actual bought one of these cars from autosource.biz? I'm looking for a project car and will not bring it to NCRS judging, etc. Just looking for something to do in retirement.
Thanks,
Jerry- Top
