Agree with Bruce, the Assembly Manual is a good source.
Side note, be very careful with the trunion that attaches to the activation rod. In the 70's my passenger side trunion tip broke off while in the car. After removal and trying to find one I finallly resorted to an old machinist in Farimount, IN (childhood homes of James Dean, Jim Davis-Garfield). He didn't have tools small enough to cut the trunion end so he bought one, then another, then another (they were fragile) and finally success. When it came time to pick up the trunion, after a month, he told me of the difficulty in making the ^$%*(%#& thing. He said if I ever needed another I better hurry because he was going to retire. He handed me the trunion and smiled. No charge as he said it was worth the challenge to him. I miss guys like that.
