Individuals leaving prior to the 5:30 dismissal of there respective group will receive no judging points for the event, period no exceptions.

Have we been authorized to make plane/travel plans for the Judge Retreat? Last word I have is stand by until further notice while the deadline to register was extended.

I have not received final notification of my group assignment so making travel arrangements is on hold. Will notification be forthcoming soon?

All group moves and changes have been made. Everyone is OK to make reservations according to their last communication from me. If all you have is your original communication acknowledging your acceptance and there has been no further communication then you are set to go. If you have had further communication then you are also set to go as I have advised everyone that volunteered to move if they were moved and I have advised everyone that volunteered to move that were not moved that they are good to go.

So your latest communication regarding the retreat, whatever it says you're good to go with. If you have any question send me an email so I do not have to log on to the discussion board to answer the question. rsinor@sbcglobal.net

Group 1 arrives Thursday Feb 21 before 7:00pm for reception in class Friday and Saturday. Do not schedule a return flight that departs prior to 7:00pm Saturday Feb 23.

Group 2 arrives Friday Feb 22 before 7:00pm for reception in class Saturday and Sunday. Do not schedule a return flight that departs prior to 7:00pm Sunday Feb 24.
