72 Headlights

My right side headlight top(?) appears to have a twist (warp) to it. 3 corners align almost perfect but then the front inner remains +/- 1/4" high. If I lower the closing adjustment then the outer corner becomes lower by an equal amount. Do I have to live with this or am I missing something with the adjustments ? or do I settle for a happy (?) medium ?

Ray, is it possible that maybe a shim will work under the mounting (washer)?

Hi Rey,
I believe that Edward's reply might be the answer.
If not, I remember that there's a bit of up/down adjustment in the 2 bearing assemblies for the door's pivots. They're item #26 on UPC 12, Sheet A2. They may allow you tip the door a bit to get that last corner in place.
