Grille Rivets-Installed

I currently have pop rivets in my 67 grille and I bought the correct rivets for the brackets. My question is...what is the best way to "flatten" these rivets? The grille is out of the car so access is not a problem. I did serve the archives and really see an answer to my inquiry.

I use a toll that is inserted into my air hammer. I set the psi down to 30. For backing I use a 1" dia pin. The place in NY that sells C2 parts offers them. I got mine off of ebay from a used aircraft tool place. I have two sizes of the tool.
