Judging Retreat Registration will remain open only a few more days

The judging retreat registration scheduled to close Nov 1st will remain open for a while longer. We have approximately 35 remaining slots Registrations can include a Spouse/Significant Other and Child. Include their names on the registration page per the instructions and pay the registration fee for all attendees. Spouse/Significant Other and Child will be manually added to the Group 2 list. Send an email to Roy Sinor rsinor@sbcglobal.net with the Spouse/Significant Other and Child attendee and indicate their Judging Class preference. Questions regarding Spouse/Significant Other and Child registrations, contact Roy Sinor rsinor@sbcglobal.net. Complete your registration by paying with a credit card or your PayPal personal account on the Payment Details page.

Please if you have any intent of going register soon, by holding registration open we risk causing issues for our members that have registered early, if we make group changes at a later date to balance the group and class loads.

Tony Soltyka, just got lucky - we had a opening in the Group I class, before I could tell anyone it was available Tony was able to select it.

It is explained in the write up about the event, which may now be down off the discussion board but was included in a past Driveline.

Group I arrives Thursday evening, in class all day Friday and Saturday.

Group II arrives Friday evening, in class all day Saturday and Sunday.

Same content same instructors offered too two groups to train as many as we can during the event.

I guess it is now safe to go ahead and make hotel reservations for this, as I registered a few months ago? I guess I am still in Group 1?

Michael, yes you are still in group I, I would suggest all that can hold off on your reservation for a few more days.

The bitter truth of this is we have to have balanced classes in group I and group II, if we do not get them balanced by registration some of group I will be reassigned to Group II.

The retreat scheduling and team work requires an exact number of people, if we do not get it by registration we have to force it by mandating the day rather than letting you choose it.

What basis will people be reassigned? I would "assume" it would follow the chronology of registration.

My first inclination would be to ask for volunteers from those registered, hopefully that will get more than enough, again this is just a possibility, it is not happening now and hopefully will not happen.

I can find the cost for the hotel but not the event itself, any idea how much it is ?
