Re: Calling all 1954 gurus!
P1000058.jpgP1000050.jpgP1000052.jpgP1000053.jpg Had to remove the wheelcovers to air the tires w/ the compressor we had. They aired up fine w/ no apparent leaks. One key does unlock the trunk and fit the ignition as someone asked. I did see some fiberglass fabric showing through in the area of the driver side taillight. Did not see any crazing or cracks. Believe I saw what is meant by a "flipper", or rather where a flipper would go, but the parts that would flip up are missing. That is all the pictures. Anyone have a correct engine and trans they would consider selling? I'm thinking that before I go any further I need to put a number on those critical pieces. Thanks to everyone for your time, patience, and comments so far. Bill- Top

Love photos !!!!!!
The hood is a question in my mind - it has been repaired in the middle where an air cleaner poked thru.....same on the hinge and lock area.....
The repair on the inside of the RF fender - looks like a fender was put on or an upper surround.....
Still has the spiral shocks on the rear !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NICE !!!!1954 Corvette #3803 - Top Flight 2012, Bloomington Gold 2012,
