    Duplicolor for interior use

I've heard some good things recently about Duplicolor as far as painting interior metal.

Anybody have any experience with this brand?

I use a lot of Duplicolor but haven't really used their interior paint.
Their ceramc hi temp paints are very good, I use them all the time, did the exhaust on my C4 5 years ago and it still looks great (but I do live in rust free Nevada).
I'm getting ready to do my C2 fenderwells with their satin black.
    SEM is also excellent.

Well, I'm in So Cal, so, no rust here, either. While we're on the subject of exterior, would you recommend this paint for a Blackout of the last "Fin" on each side?

      Thanks,

Dupli Color is a SW product, same as Krylon. Krylon 5 Ball is a true Lacquer. Works very well on interior and with a primer on exterior. You must be sure to get the "Industrial" Krylon, not the products sold in Walmart or the big box stores. It is not the same. If the part number starts with a 5 you do not want it. Semi Gloss Black is 1613 and will say Industiral over top of the 5 balls on the can.

I've used SEMS, and it gets my vote.

I agree. I have no complaints with SEM automotive interior dye.

I think it would hold up well (with proper surface prep), The only question is on the sheen, is the percent of gloss right? I'm stopping at Summit racing to pick up some of the ceramic satin black. I'll try it on a small portion of the fenderwell to see if I'm satisfied. Someone here posted that they used this and liked it. If I'm not satisfied, I switch to SEM.

I do agree with Frank, when I buy Krylon, I buy the industrial. And the comments on SEM.

I've had excellent results with all 3.
