Does anyone know the paint code for the factory semi gloss black that was on the wheels from the factory ?And the outer part of the wheel was painted to match the body of the car ?Is this true for all 1961 cars or were some late production ones actually all black simialr to the 62 ?Thanks

No-late were the same as early, because wide whites continued through the end of the year.

The black was simply black semi-gloss primer - the entire wheel was flow-coated with primer, baked, then the outer face was sprayed with 83*-gloss wheel enamel and baked again.
