67 L-36 PCV Hose support bracket

I have seen two support brackets for this application, one on the right side of the front carb bracket and the other attached to the intake manifold bolt on the left side of the engine just forward of the pcv. In the AIM the one attached to the carb is the only one shown but I see that LICS offers both and I have seen some restored cars with and without the one attached to the intake manifold. Can someone tell me if both of these are correct or is this a application that depends on the build date of the car. Also are these supposed to be black phosphate or orange?

My Sept '65 built 390 HP engine has both brackets. Obviously cannot state they came this way however both brackets appeared to have the same age and wear as other components on the engine. Not that it means a great deal but the car has been through regional judging twice. Nothing was called saying brackets should've been there.
