Re: Steering Stabilizer Shock
FWIW> If your C2 has Manual Steering and Side Pipes this Stabilizer Shock WILL COME
CLOSE to the exhaust pipes. (See Picture Below) I realize that all cars made do have a
slightly difference tolerance so your car MAY have a bit more clearance. But not a lot
difference. If the car is used a lot THIS will damage the shock in due time. I use a exhaust pipe wrap
(Bought at Summit Racing) to protect the shock. It is easily removed for judging purposes.

Re: Steering Stabilizer Shock
Gary: Can't remember if I used the 1' or 2'. I know it extended well past that shock bracket. Thinking either
one would be OK. Larry P.S. Also traded out the 5" clamps to 4" ones.Larry

Re: Steering Stabilizer Shock
Does anyone know where I can buy the bushing set for my 1963 non-power Steering Stabilizer shock? It functions fine but the bushings are a little "tired". One of the bushings has the bolt coming out of it.
Thanks for the feedback.- Top
