All, I was really not looking forward to do this project, but after reading the docs you sent and all of the replys, it went real well!!!!! I did removed the hood and it made a lot of room to work, and all of the problems I had with my head lights were all in the motors, we are all done.

Thanks you very much for all of the great tips!!!!

Butch was it the electric motors or the grease causing the problem?

Ed, On The left side the gear was pretty bad and was packed with some real hard grease, I was able to clean out that gear case and us the back side of the gear, and on the right side it was mostly loaded up with hard grease, and the motor bushings were in really bad shape, i was able to machine a new set of bushings and clean up the gear box and both work pretty well now, they are both a little slow, but work SO much better. thanks again for the help!!!!
