This might be out of line for this thread but anyone ever talks to Noland, I would love to see his books become available in an ebook format like for the Kindle so we could take them with us on our mobile devices. I bought his video set and also want to get his books but would perfer getting it in an ebook. It also could be a new revenue stream for him if he would go this way, I'm not even sure his books are still in print.
BTW Amazon has a link on their page for Volume 1 & Volume 2 where you can request the publisher to make the book available in that format, which I've already done.

Oh, and he was driving his '90 to which he's added some truly thunderous exhaust. Noland is partially deaf; I guess that was so he could hear the engine.

Last Wednesday, he and I inspected a '64 fuelie that was headed for auction. He got around well, if slowly. He was mentally sharp and every bit the curmudgeon I expect him to be.
